The WOW Design Competition is the world’s leading wearable art design competition. It is is open to anyone over the age of 18. The 2018 WOW Design Competition offers over NZD170,000 in prize money. Entry is free.
The competition is open to anyone. There are two sections: Manga Section and Illustration Section. Entry is free.Prizes: • Manga Section: ¥300,000 | ¥200,000 | ¥100,000• Illustration Section: ¥150,000 | ¥100,000 | ¥50,000
The competition is organized by Aesthetica Magazine. There are two awards for entry: the Main Art Prize (£5,000 prize money for the winner) and the Emerging Art Prize (£1,000 prize money for the winner). The entry fee is £24.
You may submit one or more works (images, short videos and cartoons) on the themes of peace, tollerance, fight against any form of racism and of defense of human rights. Entry is free. There are 6 cash prizes with a total value of 1,800 €.
Each artist may submit a maximum of 3 original ex-libris. Only classical graphic techniques will be accepted. Theme is free. There are no entry fees. Grand Prix: 1,000 €
The competiton is open to professional artists from all over the world. You may submit a maximum of three social and political posters. Entry is free. Prizes: Grand Prize: 5,000 PLN; 2nd Prize: 3,000 PLN; 3rd Prize: 2,000 PLN.

The BP Portrait Award is an annual portrait painting competition held at the National Portrait Gallery in London. Artists must be aged 18 years or over. First Prize: A cash award of £35,000 with a commission valued at £7,000. The entry fee is £40.
The competition is open to illustrators based in any country working in any medium. There are cash prizes for the overall winners: £2,000 for the Overall Professional Winner, and £1,000 for the Overall New Talent Winner. The entry fee is £25 per single entry.
