The Oasis Photo Contest is an annual international nature and wildlife photography competition. The entry fee is 25 €. The overall winner will receive a cash prize of 2,500 €.
The competition is organized by the California Academy of Sciences. The entry fee: $25 for up to 10 single image and $15 for 1 photo series. The Grand Prize winner will receive $5,000. The first place winners of the seven categories will each receive $1,000.
Anyone over the age of 18 is eligible. The competition is divided in two categories: Portrait and Travel. The winner of each category receives a cash prize of 1,000 €. Entry is free.
You may submit a maximum of 3 photos related to the sport activities that take place in the mountains (e.g. alpinism, climbing, ski, trekking, speleology, paragliding). Entry is free. The winner will receive 1,400 €.

The Leica Oskar Barnack Award is open to professional photographers. You must submit a series of minimum 10 and maximum 12 photographs. Entry is free. The winner receives a cash prize of 25,000 € and in addition a Leica M camera and a lens worth 10,000 €.
All professional photographers and artists using photography are eligible to participate in the competition. Entry is freeYou may submit a dummy book that has never been published.The winner’s book will be produced with a production budget of €25,000.
