The competition is open to illustrators aged over 18.Each artist may submit only one illustration. This year's theme is ‘Revolution’.Entry is free.The winner will sign a contract for seven million Colombian pesos (approx. 1,900 US$) to create the illustrations for a book that will be published by Tragaluz.
