Who may enter
The competition is open to students worldwide.

Students should submit their work individually using their school’s ID (issued when a school is registered). School registration must be completed by a teacher or member of school staff until 3 April 2023.

Short description
The competition is organized by Japanese graphics software company CELSYS.

This year's theme is Light and Darkness.

Entries will be accepted for the following six categories:

• Comic
• Manga
• Bande Dessinée
• Webtoon
• Storyboard
• Illustration

Submissions may be created using any drawing tools or software. If you create your submission using traditional tools, you should submit a digital scan of the artwork.

The competition is free to enter.
