Short description

The contest is organized by the Kokuyo Co. , Ltd. based in Osaka, Japan.

The KOKUYO Design Award is an international product design competition.

This year's theme is “primitive” (read more).

Any stationery, furniture or tool used in working, learning and living scenes are eligible for entry. 

Submissions must be the original work of the entrant.

Prizes
• Grand Prix (one winner): 2,000,000 Yen 
• Merit Award (three winners): 500,000 Yen
• Yokoku Award (up to twenty winners): 30,000 Yen
