The competition is open to illustrators of any nationality over the age of 18.You may submit a new and unpublished illustrated book without words. The narration must be carried out exclusively through illustrated image. The entry fee is 50 €.The winner will receive 4,000 € as advance against copyright with publishing agreement and the winning book project will be published by Carthusia Edizioni.
Any animation completed on, or after, January 1, 2019 can be submitted to the competition (regardless of country of origin, and whether it is professional, amateur or student work).There are no entry fees.• Grand Prize (both for Feature Animation and Short Animation): 500,000 yen• Award of Excellence (both for Feature and Short): 100,000 yen
